Late July Organic Classic Rich Crackers

Buy snacks at Amazon.com

Taste: These crackers were shaped like Ritz Crackers, with a lighter color and similar texture. They were crisp and fairly tasty, but a bit dry when I had the first one without any cheese. They weren't quite as buttery as Ritz crackers, though they did have a very nice, rich aftertaste. With a piece of cheese, they worked quite well.

Aroma: Smells like Ritz crackers. Good.

Late July Snacks

From the package:

"When we founded Cape Cod Potato Chips, Inc. and Chatham Village Foods, Inc. we dedicated ourselves to making the best tasting all-natural snacks in the world. Today, the greater availability of organic ingredients has allowed us to bring that dedication to a higher level with our new company: Late July Organic Snacks. Our Organic Classic Rich is a fancy cracker with a slightly sweet, buttery, toasted flavor. It brings out the fruity, nutty flavor of firm cheeses like Swiss Gruyère and French Comté."
