Gourmet Delite Puffy Crisp Cookies
Taste: These cookies had a pastry-like appearance, with many thin, flaky layers and a sugary coating on top. Each piece was square-shaped but scored diagonally so that it could easily be broken up into two triangles. We crunched in to find that unlike a pastry fresh from a bakery, or even a snack-cake type of pastry, the feel was a bit stiff and not really bendy. That's to be expected for a shelf-stable packaged product like this, but it really didn't matter that much, as these cookies were really good. They still felt somewhat like a flaky pasty, just stiffer. We shared them with several snackers, and people loved them. Not bad for a dollar store find!

Aroma: Smells like an actual pastry, like maybe danish.
