Yum Yum Viva Sundried Tomato & Basil Seasoned Vegetable Chips

Taste: This version of the Viva chips came in the same three colors/flavors as the other Viva chips, with greenish, orangeish and beigeish pieces representing spinach, tomato and potato. In this case, all three of the underlying chip types were coated with an orange seasoning. The taste was pretty good, with a strong hit of basil and tomato, and the flavor powder was sufficiently strong that it covered up most or all of the difference of flavors among the three types of underlying chips. Our tasters liked these.

Aroma: Slightly zesty tomato and basil smell. OK.

From the package:

"Natural ingredients potato, tomato and spinach" ... "Treat yourself to Viva — the all-you-can-eat snack! Our Viva chips have it all: They're rippled, wonderfully light and crunchy, and bursting with authentic flavor. That's because they're made with 100% natural ingredients — tomatoes, potatoes and spinach — that give them their appetizing colour. Then they're cooked in canola oil, which is low in saturated fat. Whatever the occasion, Viva chips will satisfy your hunger anytime!"
