Taste: These crisps were similar in concept to Baked Lays, but the underlying crisps had a shape and taste all their own. The sour cream and cheddar flavor was good, but unfortunately, there wasn't enough of it, so the taste of the underlying crisp was far more noticeable on most pieces than the sour cream and cheddar. Some of the oranger pieces had a stronger hit of the cheddar and sour cream. Most of our tasters liked these, but they're still a good step below the taste of a good sour cream and cheddar potato chip.
