Tohato Habanero Chips Kimuchi
Taste: These round potato crisps teased us with the evil-looking face of a habanero pepper on the bag (initially we thought it was supposed to be a jack-o-lantern), so our tasters were expecting not just heat, but some serious habanero heat. We crunched in to find very tangy, very tasty chips — and even hot ones, but not quite to the degree that we had expected. The heat was moderate, and it grew a bit stronger in the aftertaste, but still, these were not as scary as some other habanero chips, nor as scary as the habanero that was staring us in the face from the front of the bag.
