Pringles Multi Grain Creamy Ranch

Buy Pringles at Amazon.com

Taste: This new version of Pringles had the same size and shape that we've come to expect from Pringles, but the surface looked quite different, with coloration similar to the typical white corn tortilla chip. (The crisps were actually made from rice, potato, corn and wheat.) A generous amount of white flavor powder was concentrated primarily on the convex side. The whole idea of Multi Grain Pringles really freaked out some of our tasters, as they just didn't think "Multi Grain" and "Pringles" belong in the same product and thus didn't know what to make of them. The ranch flavoring was intense, and it did have a creamy ranch taste. The underlying crisp definitely had a different taste and texture than regular potato-based Pringles, as the chips just crunched a bit differently than normal Pringles, and the taste sort reminded me of Wheat Thins. Most of our tasters were pretty heavily negative about whole the eating experience, as they did not like the taste.

Aroma: Intense creamy ranch and veggies smell.
