 | | | Baji's Papadums Tangy CilantroBuy snacks at Amazon.com Taste: These scoop-shaped chips made from potato and tapioca had a tasty Indian seasoning on them, and they were pretty good, but a couple of issues kept them short of being really good. The chips were not all that crisp, as the level of crunch varied from chip to chip. Some very nearly had a good crunch, but some had a somewhat styrofoam-like conistency. The other issue was that although the flavor was good, there just wasn't enough of it. Other Indian snacks we've tried were seasoned much, much more strongly. If they were to increase the flavor level 5-fold, that would be a vast improvement. Still, these were good enough that our tasters ate their way through the whole bag.
