Taste: These chips had the same thin cut and excellent crispness as the other North Fork varieties of potato chips, much different than other kettle chips and quite nice. The flavor was above average as barbecue chips go, slightlty sweet with a slightly hot afterataste. The crispness of the chips brought a nice dry feeling that helped to bring out the favor. Not as interesting of a barbecue flavor as some of the kettle chips from Kettle Chips, but still a very good barbecue chip.
"The chip starts here. We know potatoes. We've been growing them on our family farm in Mattituck for three generations. We also know that the perfect potato chip starts with a spectacular spud. That's why we're kettle-cooking our potatoes to make super-crispy chips witha hearty potato flavor. They're all natural with no preservatives or cholesterol. Your search for the perfect chip is over ... start crunching!"
