Taste test: These potato chips had a light yellow color overall, with gentle curves and a fairly consistent colors on their surfaces and no skin on their edges. We crunched in to find a good crispness and very soft crunch to go along with lots of fresh potato flavor with just a slight hint of sugary sweetness at the start of each bite. I did a bit of a double-take on the sugar, as it was unusual and I thought maybe I was losing my mind, but I tasted the same thing on subsequent chips, then checked the ingredients to find that there was indeed some sugar. I don't think they really needed the sugar, as the potato flavor was quite nice, but it didn't detract from the experience either — just altered it from my expectations a bit.

Aroma: Mild salty potato smell. Fresh.
