Taste: This snack had a shape and airy consistency similar to pork rinds, but the pieces were denser than pork rinds and made from wheat rather than pork. They were crisp and fairly tasty, though not heavily seasoned, as the primary flavor seemed to be the wheat. They had a light feel to them but still had a good crunch. "Cortezas de Trigo" means "crusts of wheat" and that doesn't sound so appetizing, but the name Boca Bits is very appealing to us for some reason.
