Taste: These curvy potato chips were pale yellow in color, with some skin visible on parts of the edges and a sort of orangish area in the center of one of the chips. The chips were a bit wiggly, though generally less so than some other kettle-cooked chips such as Cape Cod. When I bit in, there was a nice strong crunch and a good crispness, along with good fresh potato taste, though definitely a mild taste in terms of intensity of flavor. There was a low level of salt, so I had to eat quite a few chips in sequence to really bring out the potato taste.
