It looked like they made a diagonal cut of the plantain when they sliced off the chips, as most of the chips were more elongated that your typical plantain cross-section. The great thing about these was that they definitely had more crunch than regular plantain chips. In terms of flavor, they were pretty much the same as the regular Chifles plantain chips, with a low level of salt and good plantain taste.
