Taste: These pork rinds were extremely light and airy. They were generally beige in color, but some of the pieces had some small pink areas. They were light as a feather to bite into, and they practically melted in my mouth. There was some tasty lime flavoring that mixed well with the pork rinds flavor, adding some zing without being too lime-y. These were excellent, definitely among the best pork rinds we've ever tried.
