Taste: This bag contained thin slices of strawberry, cut vertically with generally a hole in the middle of each piece. They were very dark in color, darker than strawberry color and even darker than maroon, and you could see strawberry seeds on the edges and some white areas in the middle. There was a sort of rubbery texture upon biting in, not very crisp, and the taste was not very strawberry-like, as it was more bitter than sweet. Our tasters were nearly unanimous in giving these a thumbs down. (Larry, who finished the bag, was the only exception.)
