Buy snacks at Amazon.com Taste: This box contained two trays, each holding 14 assorted chocolate caramels. The mix included some milk chocolate pieces, some dark chocolate ones, and some striped ones that included both kinds. 10 out of each 14 were square in shape, two were oval, and two were turtle-shaped. Hershey's provided a map on the inside cover to identify what was inside each kind. Tastewise, they were a mixed bag, depending on which kind. The Chocolate Caramel ones were pretty good, though nothing outstanding. The Caramel and Almonds ones were made with dark chocolate and had a hollow area inside and seemed pretty good on first bite, but in the end, I though the proportion of dark chocolate to caramel was way too high. The Mocha Caramel ones had dark chocolate too, and they were just awful (and I usually like mocha snacks). The turtle-shaped Pecan Caramel Clusters were pretty good. The Butter Rum Caramel pieces were decent, as were the Vanilla Caramel ones. In retrospect, I would not have bought this (and it was mainly the $4 price tag that drove my purchase). For something that Hershey's positioned as a high-end chocolate collection, I was very unimpressed.
