Taste: This bag of jerky contained generally medium-size pieces in various shapes and a medium thickness. They had a very nice texture, as the jerky was solid and dry but easy to chew, not rubbery at all. There was a nice beef taste, with just some fairly mild seasonings, but still very tasty.
