Taste: This jerky was cut into fairly thick strips, with most pieces fairly small and in a variety of sizes. There were pepper seeds attached to many of the pieces. The texture was very, very good, as the feel was solid yet easy to bit into, and not rubbery at all. The meat was tasty and had a mild heat at first that grew more intense as I ate more and more pieces. The small pieces were nice because they were small enough that there was no need to subdivide before grabbing a piece to eat. This was very good jerky.
