Taste: This jerky was cut thick into fairly small pieces, and the taste and texture were quite excellent upon biting in. The meat was dry but not the least bit rubbery, as you could easily bite right in and enjoy the taste. The taste was sweet and tangy, with plenty of flavor packed into a small piece. To top things off, there was a nice hot aftertaste too. Nice job by Joey D on this one!
