Taste: This lightweight snack box contained a .625-oz. bag of Jack Link's Premium Cuts Original Beef Steak Nuggets, a 1-oz. bag of Sheffa Zesty Snack Mix, a stick of Copper Cowbell Processed Pasteurized Cheese Food Swiss-Style Flavor, a bag of Mariani Cranberries & Pineapple and a small Swiss Delicato Chocobloc Lait candy bar. The Jack Link's bag contained eight small nuggets, and they were easy to chew, just a bit rubbery and fairly tasty, though the flavor was less intense than your average beef jerky. The Sheffa mix, containing crispy chickpea noodles, roasted corn, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds, was excellent, with a nice crispness and a great mix of flavors. The dried cranberry and pineapple mix was pretty good, though a bit on the sweet side. The Swiss cheese was the weakest links in the box, as it was kind of marginal in taste and texture — nothing that a cheese lover would even recognize.
